Hi, my name is Rocky and I am such a gorgeous African Grey.
I am a little timid and shy at first but once I feel confident that I can trust you, I will enjoy spending time with you. I love singing and bobbing my head to and fro. I like to whistle and love it if you join in and copy me. My safehouse’s son plays with me a lot and gives me cuddles he is teaching me lots of new sounds and head actions, he tells me I’m a really funny guy. I would like a man in my life so if you have a man in the house that would be good too. I am happy if you have to go to work part time but would like the company of other birds if you work full time. I’m also happy to chill and look out of the window in fact this is one of my happiest places to perch when I’m not in my cage. When I’ve had enough, I will pop myself back into my cage. I will let you step me up and take me there too.
I may have an identity issue as I tweet like a budgie, meow like a cat and bark and whine like a dog. I like to whistle bits of the Laurel and Hardy song and the MacDonald’s advert.
My safe house mum says I am picking up new tunes and actions quickly. I make everyone laugh when I stretch my wings and groan at the same time. I like chewing toys and boxes (so make sure you get plenty for me) my safehouse mum puts them at the bottom of my cage when they are out to work so that i don’t get bored. I would like a forever home where I will have a human who will sing with me and give me lots of attention when they are home.
