|Hello, my name is Kaira (but my safe house family pronounces it as Kara) I am an Indian Ringneck and I am 2 years old. I’m a very young girl so with time and patience I will become tamer. |
At present, I don’t like people to touch me. I will tilt my head and listen when you talk to me.
I can say hello and like to make lots of funny noises to make you laugh.
I like to be near the window so I can look outside.
I am hoping to find a home where I can learn to trust people and also who will let me learn in my own time.
I have my own cage. I’m not that interested in toys, but I do like paper ones.
I need someone who is home a lot who can build a bond with me and help me to learn to interact with you humans. I will not come out of my cage atm so I need someone with patience.
Will you be my special human?
Please read all the information on our Rehoming Information Page before you begin.
You must be a logged in member to apply for a bird.
Please complete only one application at a time. Multiple applications will be discarded. Once you have been informed of the result of your first application from one of our re-homing team, you may then apply for another bird, or we may, depending on your circumstances, suggest a more suitable bird.
We only operate in England, Scotland and Wales. Birds being re-homed or safe housed must stay in one of these three countries.
Please be patient whilst your application is processed.
